There are a few ways to monitor nutrition values:
1. When on your dashboard, click the pie chart for any of your meal plans to see the full nutrition breakdown by select days or the entire week.
2. When in a meal plan, click the orange tab in the lower left-hand corner and the nutrition will show for the day you are on.
3. In the same drop down menu where the Food Journal is, there is a nutritional tool where you can add any ingredients to calculate the nutrition.
4. Each recipe has the macros broken down as well, which you can see when you click the recipe.
