You can enter a comma-separated list of items that you want to exclude that are not part of a broader restriction category.
Here's an example: shrimp, avocado, coconut, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes
All of our recipes are already gluten-free, grain-free, legume-free, corn-free, soy-free and sugar-free.
These get saved automatically in that field, so any time you want to change them just click in that area while creating a meal plan.
