As a quick breakdown: When you log into the Meal Planner you'll be on your dashboard. From here you can scroll down a bit and choose to make your own custom meal plan or an automated one.
Once you create a plan and have it open, click the +1 button in the bottom right-hand corner to add, or search meals if you want. You can also add meals by directly browsing on paleoleap.com. Every recipe has an "add to meal plan" to add it to a menu.
